I have never seen one like this before. Looks like custom hand made period speed equipment.

Jim, It's not for a grey motor as it has too many exhaust ports.
It may be for a Ford Zephyr but i'm not gunna tell him Wink

Thought some thing looked a little strange, but must say it was rather late when I found it listed and was more interested in the actual carby setup.
