A friend of mine has these for sale and has offered up free postage as a special offer for forum members, see below.

____________________________________________________________

These are exactly the same as you see below in the picture except the throat opening is for single barrel carbs so if you want something different for your carbs on your red or grey motor here you go.

FE/FC Forum special. I will pay the postage.

Their $35 each delivered.

cheers.

Corey..

sorry the photo is flathead stuff as I dont own any holden carbs to do a mock up.

they use a 4" filter and they breath quite well. I have used the other small aircleaners and they dont work as well as these. Not pushing a product just telling you what I found. when I had the small chrome louvered aircleaners on , I had to take the elements out as they were too restictive,  these are a much better element.
heres a break down of what they look like exploded view...

Devilrod,

Can I (we) see a picture of an assembled one, from underneath, so that we can see how much of an opening there is for air to enter through please?

Cheers

Brett, I'll get Corey to measure it up at least or better still email Corey direct as he is selling them, not me. I think there is roughly a quarter inch or so gap.

I run a similar one on my EK (red motor) and my Flathead v-8 powered A model. They are not restrictive in the slightest.  Plus they look pretty cool.

Brett...

*edit*

Luckily Coery had some at work....
