Hi one and all,

Project wagon is finally taking shape.  All underbody done, Running gear in, wiring half in (what a bugger of a job!!!!) and now a very shiny new fuel tank.

Tank was made by Martin at M & C Dean Fabrication.  Very professional work, fitted exactly where it was supposed to, its bigger than the original and very reasonably priced.

If anyone out there is looking for a larger capacity tank, I can highly recommend these.  Ordered over the net and telephone, modified to suit EFI needs and delivered to my door within a couple of days of payment - outstanding.

Have a look at the tanks at http://www.deanfabrication.com.au

I just fitted one of Martins fuel tanks to my ute as well and I agree with Graeme the fit and look of them are just perfect. I'm really pleased I decided to get one.        Cheers Al

Steve,

Camera out of action of the moment, but the website has good photo's.  Just click on the link on my first post.

My tank is 60 litres and cost $775.00 plus freight from Qld to Ballarat $75.00.

Tank fits exactly into original mounting location.

Mine was $830 delivered to Morebank in Sydney. The old tank is 4ins deep and the new tank is 6ins deep. So it is half the size bigger.  Their easier to fit than the original and you only have to look at Ed,s to see how great they look. Thanks for not resisting Ed Grin Grin Grin.       Cheers Al

Pretty sure these are the same tanks, Streetneat worked with Dean Fabrication to get them made to fit.
