The NSW FE FC club cruised down to Coledale today to check out the Vintage Caravans East Coast Spring Tour.
The 48 FJ club were also there. Lot's of cool caravans, with many also being towed by cool cars.
Here is a link to the photo album.

cool pics Alex,

The sun came out around 1pm, and alot of ppl came down after hearing about alot of old Holdens in the park. most of them had gone by then, but had alot of ppl stop by for a chat.

Had the pleasure to watch the guy in the green Chev manouvre the Chev/Sunliner combo around the Park with admiriable precision too.

I also stopped off at Stanwell Park on the way home to check out the hang gliders launching and look at the Sea Cliff Bridge.. wow that bridge is cool!

Cheers

Here's a pic I took at the Tuncurry Motorfest last long weekend.

How you old timers ever went away in these things is beyond me! Wink

I'll post some more pics in a new thread tomorrow.

It was great to see all who came down, never seen the place so full.

Our 1st night there, Friday was very gusty & the van rocked just about all night, but Saturday night I slept like a baby thanks to a few beers.

The FE got a bit hot going up Mt Ousley with the van in tow so we had a rest half way up & gave her a drink of ice water out of the esky.

Great pics as expected Alex

Cheers, Gary

Great pics Alex...!

It was a great day... good to catch up with a few people etc and have a look around the cars and vans.... Surprising how many of the (visiting) cars were old Holdens too!! Cool

Coming to work at about 11 on the Monday morning I passed the Tank Fairlane heading home.....

There's a couple more pics here http://s20.photobucket.com/albums/b223/Hewart4/coledale/

Cheers
