Lovely site - thanks.  The projection booths brings back memories when I was a projectionist in 1958/59.

I can remember visiting the Auto Wreckers on Sunday morning looking for an FC Holden driver's side window after driving off with the speaker hooked on the glass.   :-[  They put reinforced wire through the cable after losing too many speakers  ;D  ba$tard$!!!!

I thought the idea was to go on a rainy night so your chick didnt get distracted by the movie, not sit there with the wipers on to watch it.
