Supplier Name: Super Cheap Auto Pty Ltd

Product Info: Super Works Model TT621C. Affected batches: 4500254076, 4500256987, 4500263979, 4500296565, 4500304074 and 4500320872 were sold from October 2006 to present. The product description and model number are displayed on the product label.

Defect Details:  The jack does not comply with clause 6.6 of AS/NZS 2693:1993, as the jack may continue to operate after the nominated capacity is exceeded by more than is specified by the standard.

Consumer action: Return the product to your nearest Super Cheap Auto retail store for refund. Customers can call 07 3205 8511 or visit www.supercheapauto.com for details of their nearest store.
