Window winder nylon wheel (roller)

       what is the best replacement for these wheels on the window winder mechanism?

I think I’ve answered my own question.

I purchased some 23mm nylon ball bearing pulley wheels - which is the size that fits inside the glass runner.

The photos show the original versus the modifications.

Hello Al - Ebay - search "Nylon ball bearing pulley wheels" - find a vendor - from memory there are 4 sizes - select 23mm - I paid $6.60 for 8 wheels (no freight).

Bunnings sell them as well - but I couldn't get 23mm.
