Hi RIO, please don't take this the wrong way but in my humble opinion you just need to jump in, take the chance and make the purchase mate; it seems like the more you wait to try to find the perfect car for your budget you have missed out on a couple of cars.
After 60 odd years mate it is almost impossible to find one that isn't going to need some love.

Good luck and I hope we hear that you have made a purchase soon.

I just needed someone to upload the pics & for a few members on here to say that's not too bad etc.

I am not looking for perfection in my price range but I don't want to do a full on resto either.

I think you need to be a member of the FE FC Holden Car Club of NSW to get messages about runs etc.

Thanks for the tip Marco.

I might take the FC to Heartland Holden tomorrow, 5 minute drive.
As you guys said, good photo opportunity.

Won’t be long, and they will all be gone.

I have also found out, that the Sutton family, will now be selling Fords.

After all the action of a couple of weeks ago it has been surprisingly quiet in the market place lately.

The search continues, if you know of someone who is thinking of selling  for around $20k  please let me know.
