The Hotels have improved a lot over the years to cater for tourists, but I suggest you enquire about heating in the room at least.
It can get very cold in Cowra at this time of the year.

Brett, there is another big auction in Geelong on the 4th June - car stuff, something like 250 cars collected over many years.  Elders in Geelong have it advertised.  Cheers, Graeme

I heard there weren't too many bargain buys to be had . And most big ticket items sold for a Big ticket price .. !!

Apparently a "Shell" sign sold for $14500, and the total of all sales was over $1.1 million.....................

Don't know about any serious dealers but surely a lot of naive people with an auctioneer that would tell you anything just to get the bids up and practically pressure people into having another bid and wait for ages with that person on the spot, he even referred to reproduction signs as modern signs and would gladly watch the innocent bid $1000 for a hundred dollar sign, at an 11% premium he had plenty of reason to do so, take a tip stay away from a burns and co auction!!! :-\
