Hmmmm, No Sh*t there are multiple errors, ever thought about checking the address before it leaves the country  ::)

Here's a little piece of the reply I got when I tried to explain the error, Yes they called me "Mrs"  ::)

In your matter please be so kind and contact your shipper directly - he shall please contact his local UPS for any further assistance.

Glenn, we use to buy a lot of gear from the states, never had the trouble you are having. Could it be they are outsourcing as well, could explain the troubles.
