Personalised Picture

[Carla]

I'm trying to put a picture in my profile, but it keeps shriking it down to 65x65 instead of the 128x128 that everyone else has.

Does anyone have an idea as to what the problem might be?

I've saved the picture as 128x128 and as a jpg and gif and I've also tried to save the pic as a larger pic and force the profile to shrink it down.

Carla,

It's a weirdness of the BB software - avatars in the pull-down list can be up to 128x128 (ie the ones stored on our server), but external ones are limited to 65x65.  If you want to send me the pic I can store it here for you.

cheers

Thanks Richard,

I've emailed the picture to you.  Let me know if it didn't get to you.  :D :D :D
