The FE/FC Floor mats are from the Phillip Island Nationals [2006]. The original plastic sleeve was opened for this photo.         $60 + postage.
The Dealer Brochures [1958], are in excellent condition.. FC 225 [Sedan]  $60.    FC van  $ 40    [$ 90 if you take both]. + postage
FC   & FE LOUNGE [Boot Seats with working lights], were professionally built from vehicles I collected from car dumps out west before the metal recyclers could crush them. Difficult to put a build cost on these today. There is $2000 worth of bright bits alone on each. They have been in my home for approx. 20 years & are in excellent condition. asking $8000 each... $15000 if you take both.   These will go to an Auction house next month if not sold prior.  They are located in Ballina NSW.

Put a fork in it and call it done!
After 6 years and about 3,100 hours in the shed it’s finished.
Really pleased with it especially considering I did about 95% of it myself.
Still some minor finishing things to do like front mud flaps, side mirrors and drivers side weather shield to go on (without scratching it!)
Cheers, Wasim

Hi Team,

I have a Lucas Stop Lamp Indicator; a bit of a novelty accessory as opposed to something truly useful.

They are installed in series with the stop lamp switch and the stop lamps themselves. The "stop" illuminates and the can provides an audible click if the lamps are functioning. If one lamp is out it provides that audible indication a single flash as a warning and if both are out it does not illuminate or provide an audible indication.

I have never seen one installed in the wild before and I can't find any images on the web. I already have a dual gauge under column bracket in the ute. Where below the dash were these usually installed back in the day?

Cheers

Hi Jay Jay,
Yes they are all Zinc Die Cast material. There are ones that suit Lucas headlights and ones that suit Bosch headlights.
Cheers

The "stainless" flat bar are alloy ones from Bunnings - can't remember the price , only know they were a lot cheaper than stainless or chrome - I just rounded the ends and polished them.

The extra switches (FC knobs) next to the radio and heater tap and heater fan - the other two on the other side are fog lights and rear window demister.

All going to plan it should be back on the road this Friday.

Cheers

Thanks Wasim,

I'll check out Bunnings for the flat bar.

Best of luck for Friday - a huge milestone.
