Can anyone help me with the holes for my bonnet. There are no holes and I'm putting in the bonnet mascot and holden letters. i'm chasing the measurements so it looks original and straight.
Cheers

Gday mate,
Here is a link to an old chat about fitting the bonnet mascot.

See how you go with that.  Can't help much with the letters.
cheers, Shayne.

I will see if I have some left that I havent welded all the holes up in and measure from the front edge of the bonnet back, the rest should be straight forward.

I have managed to fit the mascot on the bonnet and its sexy but I still need the measurements for the H O L D E N letters..... anyone help

Jonno

not an easy thing to describe as the bonnet is curved but this photo should get you to within a few mm.  The pins for the letters on this bonnet seem to average 84mm apart (with some variation in there!), while the dimensions of the top and bottom pins from the lip are also shown (this from the part where it just starts to curve down). Note also holes for top pins are larger than ones for bottom.

Hope this helps (and hope I can get the pen marks off!)
