Here's an interesting page on the Microsoft site, was sent to me by a colleage (hmmm, maybe he's telling me something).
Anyway without being rude, it may help some of the newbies (and oldbies) with tips on what is polite and what is not, plus a translation of stuff like LOL and BTW.
