Here's a shot of Sarge's rhs A pillar. Just a bit of work on the inner sill and thats all the A pillar probs solved. Chasis rails are repaired.

Lets paint her Kev.  ;D ;D ;D

Sarge

Wel Ladies & Gentlemen & Kiwi
Sorry it has been so long between updates, but I have been busy else where for the last week or so & my leader has be out boating for the week. We both figured that Hilda was going so well that we could just kick back for a bit of a rest.
Well today the last of the welding was finished on the rust repair side of Hilda, all thats left to weld now is the mounting plates for the seat belts and this will be done on Friday. So now its over to the painter, then Hilda will be on show to all.

Cheers
Sarge

P.S Sorry Kiwi but you never stood a chance.  ;)

Emu

Apologies for the interval between posts guys.

As Sarge has said, I have been otherwise engaged and we have felt no time pressure anyway.

Actually, sarge has taken the day off tomorrow to pick Kiwi up from the airport after which he intends to inflict himself on us for a few days. Ouch!!  :'(

Here is the finished pic of Sarge's Drivers side A pillar repair.

Emu

Here's one of the left side with a bit of colour.

Did I mention that Kiwi is coming tomorrow.  :o  :o

Emu

Here's a shot of Hilda as she slowly transforms. The transformation should speed up from here.

Hey get this....... kiwi will be here tomorrow.  O.. M... G!!!

Emu

With all the posting of these shots, I may have neglected to mention.... The Bloody Kiwi will be here to haunt me in person tomorrow!!

Do you guys from the west have any words of advice as to how best survive this impending trauma?

HELP!!!  ???  :(  :'(

Thanks for reminding me about the little fat bird. Be "shore" not to leave him alone with Hilda. He may get some idea's for his own makeover or should I say makeovers, as he sure has been stock piling of late.

Hope to see you all on wednesday night at the meeting.

Cheers Jim
Forgiveness is easier than permission.

Emu,

if your mate starts getting a bit restless, buy him a blow-up sheep.

Thanks for the advice Martin and Trev. I'll let you know how we get on.

Sarge

Thanks Martin for those kind words. Now its up to kevin the painter to work his magic.

As for Kiwi, the best part of his trip will be takeing him to see Hilda in person.  ;D And if he steps out of line Kevin always has that killer guard posum/dog thingy.  ;D ;D

I spent most of my money on beer , fast cars and women - the rest I just wasted.

Sarge

Kiwi
Hope you enjoy Today looking at that number plate and that chrome half as much as I enjoyed Today with all those paint fumes coming for around Hilda.  :-*

Just remeber those Item's can be replaced, but there is no chance of your FC ever looking anywhere near as good as Hilda.  :) ;) :D ;D lol

You remeber Hilda The car that was part of that challange you put on the forum Aussie's V Kiwi's. Hilda's the Aussie entrant, have you Kiwi's got a car to restore yet, it's just that I havent heard anything about kiwi's extreme make over in so long. : :-* ;D
