304 in FC

Can someone tell me what or how much modification needs to be done to the firewall to fit a 304 injected V8 into a FC

Depends on how far forward you position the motor. There's not much wiggle room. Mine is back a bit and with a small mod to passenger firewall, it gives me 4" clearance up front. More can be had by fitting an HQ short snout water pump and no A/C so can change to smaller balancer. Look at NES's build thread, excellent photos.
