does anyone know if there is a problem with moving an engine forward how does it affect weight distrubution sterring etc room i can work out

Ideally you want the engine as far back as possible to balance the weight between front and rear wheels. Are we talking about a few centimeters or more?

never herd of anyone moving forward before
normaly back as far as possible..
