in a rural car crash they are " Hold my stubby and watch this for skill!"

If that car was mine, I'm not sure I'd be selling it on Ebay.

Would think a call to SHANNONS would yield less hassles, more genuine bidders and a higher price.

But that's just me, and unfortunately, I don;t have such a classic piece of Aussie motoring history to even contemplaint such a decision.

I wish him and  the buyer all the best.

;)Darcy, you are spot on about the reserve,as darren is a very good mate of mine and has been a member of my carclub since the beginning, last time i saw this monaro he told me he had offers over 90k and the car would sell for 100k,ive looked right over this monaro and i would have to say you would be pushing to find one better!!AND HE HAS 2 OF THEM!!Darren also has sold a heap of stuff on ebay and i spose its a good way of getting publicity from all over the country and even overseas, its not my cup of tea,too new for my taste!!but its about time that holden muscle cars are reaching prices matching the falcon gt,s and the like.....cheers jamie Wink

;)just thought for those of you that follow the sale prices of australian muscle cars, that heres one for the record!!i spoke to darren the owner of this gts monaro and he informed me that his monaro sold on ebay after the auction for a grand sum of $140,000,and will be heading to its new home in brisbane, about time holden muscle cars started fetching good prices, not all is lost for darren as i know he has one better than the one just sold!!wonder what that one would go for at auction,as it was no 1 monaro at the monaro nats in canberra not so long ago??mmmm very interesting i must say!!cheers jamie Wink
