new chassis rails channelled into floor  and wedge into rear chassis rails with fish plates welded to the sides of the chassis rail

shot of the under neath of the ute with the chassis rails in  place as well as the floor being bogged to get the good finish that i was after

under body of car is now sprayed in under body deadener came up just like it left the factory.Time for body work on the side quarter panels

Really love the way you integrated the rail into the subframe, fish plated it for strength and channelled it through the floor.

very clever  Smiley

grwat workmanship and clean finish, can't wait to see more shots.

thanks for the comments ed and jamie just finished the dogleg repair today .I did the inner last night and today with a bit of help from my son i got the outer dog leg fabricated and welded in.Probably my best welded in patch so far.Looks like ill be redoing some repairs on the van when i start back on it
