Just wondering if Rare Spares sell a rear ute qtr panel that extends above the wheel arch.

Have you checked out RareSpares web site Roll Eyes It has all the rust repair panels available listed and usually with a photo and a price.
It`s at http://www.rarespares.net.au/mainind.htm
You can go to the spare parts catalouge and have a look for rust repair panels... Grin
