I have got an exhaust leak on the manifold heat control valve,just where the counterweight assebly is.It is very loose,and there are no springs attached.Can it be removed or can it be repaired.

Can't really be repaired very easily - (unless you just weld it all up).  Try getting another manifold.
What state are you in ?   I have a few good ones here (Vic) still in working condition.

Ken,I would be interested in getting a manifold off you.I live on the Mornington Peninsula.I need one fairly soon as i need it for the Roadwothy.
