Hi everyone,
I'm in Perth WA. I'm not sure if there are any other 'classic lovin' girls over here. I have an FC Special sedan, its white & mauve, I'll try & put in a photo (I havn't been too sucessfull as yet). I love driving my car & I do every day to work etc. I will do a few mods later in the year when I get some extra cash. My son says I should put in a V8, My hubby says I will probably kill myself if I do!!!!! The guys in the FC/FE club reckon I should take all the stickers off it (I'm a Betty Boop fan). I told them that I'm an individual & so is my car!!!!!
Anyway, nice having a chat with some girls for a change!!!

Hi Everyone,

Well sume of us N.S.W girls have meet and are talking cars, going on run`s, taking the kids out and just being car nuts, and enjoying it.

We have taken the kids to play at lollipop were they came play and get to know one another and the same with us girl`s.

Today we went to  bobbin head picnic grounds, in the National park were there was a stack of hotrods and custom cars just to name a few cars, even a FC & FE, they all looked really great, it was like going back in time a bit, like watching an old movie,

Everyone had a great day, even the kids as there is an area that is fenced off,    it`s like a giant sand pit with equipment just so they can play in a safe area, away from the road.

But we still need more so come on girls,
you are missing out on all the fun, come and join us.

Didn't we have a great time yesterday!!! The weather was perfect and so were the cars!!!

I must say that I really enjoyed trying to get the sandpit out of Talitha's hair! (not!)

I dropped in impromptu at Bobbin Head yesterday early afternoon and had a look too and managed to meet up with Glenn, Kath, Renee, Sonny and respective families after having spent the morning lost in the North Shore...

Great to see the girls enjoying the cars, Renee's EK was cool, and Sonny's Model A was nice too.. Kath was trying her best to get a drive of Glenn's wagon too.  I reckon it wont be long before the sedan is fixed up hey guys!

Pity I didnt take any pics... it definitely is a cool place for a run... the speed humps are tall though.

 It`s was another day of the girls to get together ,
 meet up with karen and the girls, and minifcvan karens
 husband (Mark) at fairfield swap meet, it was really
 nice to finally meet you Karen and your beautiful girls,
 sorry and you mark it`s a girl thing.
 
 The guys went one way and the girls went the other
 not always together, but we seamed to find one
 another.

 I mine the kids keeped tabs on were we where   good love them.

 I really enjoyed meeting you today.

 Hope to get together again soon, next time we meet
 hope that all the girls are together, Renee, Karen
 myself and any other car loving female that is
 interested.

Nice ride, im very impressed....... I sold one very similar about two years ago the a person in toronto... that person was a chick.....

We actually have a female member in the fb-ek club, (im not sure if marks wife -fcminivan is also a member), funny enough, it was her ek that was chosen for steet machine a few months back as its probally the best ek we have seen.

My mrs, also wants an ek (not fb ), but we are looking at getting an auto. Once she has it, ill fix it, and she will also be a member, hence she comes to everything anyway.

You will be surprised with the amount of ladies these days that have become very interested in such beasts these days, so even though you may think its an all males domain, dont be shy to put your head in to a meeting/run once in a while, and you may see the other halfs also admiring the generals work.

Good luck, and hope to see that beast in life format one day, also post that pic on the fbek forum, and let the guys see, they also may be very impressed.
