I  will be fitting a red motor diff center to my fc,what i would like to know if i change the flange to a grey motor one can i still use a grey motor tailshaft or will the lengths still be different,or if running a red motor center should i just replace the tailshaft to a red one?? hope this makes sense!!cheers  Wink

Hi fe hotrod,
You just have to change the rear uni joint when you fit a red motor diff centre. Wink
From memory you can't fit a grey motor pinion flange to the later model centre, and the fc pinion flange is the weak point on the diff centre.  Shocked
