Dave,
I just bought one  few months ago after looking for quite some time, luckily I got the completes setup with all bits and shifter as i didnt know but it is smaller than manual one.  Anyhow I got it from a bloke who deals in FB EK bits and he ahas got a lot of stuff.  olden@bigpond.com is his email address.  Hope that hepls a bit as he had one left Im pretty sure and he said they are rare now as rocking horse shit!!

Dave,
EJ or EH columns will also fit if you can't find an EK column.
            Cheers Al
