Have just returned West from a trip across the Great Central Road to Uluru. (not in the FC mind you - maybe next time!)

Certainly an amazing trip and between Laverton and Uluru, our dead car count reached 253. A couple of old gems in them including a couple of FJ's and of course some FE/FC's.

Here are a few shots for your enjoyment.

An FC Special Station Sedan

And a windowless van (amongst others)

Tim,

I need one of those number plate brackets off the front bumper.  I don't suppose you could nip back and grab it for me could you? Shocked

Great photos.

cheers

Sure thing RET  Grin
Just spot me some petrol money and I'm on my way.

BTW it's currently going for $1.70/l  Shocked  out that way.

Alternatively you could nip out there yourself - you will notice that some kind gentleman has labelled the location on a Valiant along with some eminently useful information about (one presumes) an acquaintance of his named "Crage" (equally interesting spelling)

Cheers

pity you didn't grab the grille and bumper while you were there!

that AP5 looks in good condition too - i'd put that on a back of a truck quick smart.

but 253 cars...? Shocked amazing...
