Probably asking the imposible again, but what the heck ?

Does anyone happen to have a really good set of front seat surrounds ( both lower and upper ).

I was going to replace mine with metal EK ones, but can't be messed with welding on new tabs ect to make them fit properly.

Hi Mark,

I've been looking quite closely at the differences between FE/FC and EK seats recently (think I'll end up using the EK version with the metal sides) and there really wouldn't be much work involved in fitting the appropriate tabs as they aren't very elaborate (apologies if you already know this stuff). I can send you some photos if you decide to go this way.  Just seems to me that, if your car isn't stock, you might as well have some seat surrounds that aren't going to fall apart...

Hey Jonno,
I would be interested in seeing those pics also, when you get around to it. I have an EK set, which I'm considering using...as the plastic ones in mine are stuffed and the metal ones seem like a far sturdier option.
Cheers

guys,

photos of seat surrounds are here:

http://www.fefcholden.org.au/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=hotup;action=display;num=1129105106;start=0

I thought this was starting to look more like 'modification' than 'parts wanted'
