Hi All.
Just about to bid on something on ebay, then head off for 2 days on a holiday, but noted that the seller seems a little confused about postage. It says, "Will post to Australia", then below, "Buyer must arrange own pick up".
It isn't big, just a radio, so it would be very easy to transport.
It is something I really want/need for my new EH & was hoping for a fee, someone could pick it up & post it to me if this guy doesn't do post. I will cover all costs of course & pay extra for time & effort. Also, I will buy a lot off beer or another beverage of choice for that person, at the next Nats.
If you can help, please let me know.
I will be away until Sunday night, so will not be able to answer until then.

Thanks,
Rob J

Hi SRV.
Thanks very much for the offer, but I just got off the phone and it was indded an error in the listing. He had listed something else that couldn't be posted & left that bit in this auction.
Again, offer very much appreciated & I will still buy you a beer or 2! Grin Grin Grin

Regards,

Very, VERY good call, SRV!  Grin Grin Grin Grin

Sarge,
Exactly right. I went to Sydney last year & Geoff K picked me up from the Hotel, took me miles away to the FE FC Meeting where I was very warmly welcomed & then he gave me a tour of the sites, before dropping me off at my Hotel. Now THAT is what being an FE FC lover is all about. Helping each other out.
