This fits into the
In good condition - I don't know what it is - NASCO category that we've chuckled about from time to time.
When I bought an old harmonic balancer puller, the seller threw this in, saying he didn't know what it was, but it was in his father's tool box with the h/b tool. Well, I've had a quick flip through my workshop manual and haven't found anything like it.
It requires a 1¼" spanner, has a female ¾" thread and a hammer-hitting end. Obviously it's a tool to instal something like a harmonic balancer but the "lttle boy" and "little girl" bits are wrong. It is about 2½" (65mm) long.
It has the marking: Dufor 3 but no other marking.
What is it?
And the prize for the nearest correct entry is: my undying gratitude!!
