A car matching your description is/was for sale on the Central Coast.  Two tone blue, 30k orig miles etc.  Was asking $14000 IIRC.  Sorry don't have any more details, but can tell you owner is member of the Central Coast Historic Car Club.  It has been advertised in the usual places.

I think this is the car Richard is talking about... sighted at Gosford Swap Meet a month or so ago.... 29,000 miles, $14,000 or sensible offers...
