Can anyone please tell me if a set of Alloys that fit a Torana will fit an FC ( with HR front / rear ) Huh

I have come across a NEW set of Dragway Indy's that have never been out of the box.   The guy boought them for his Torana, but ended up changing his mind re: the car and sold the Torana in favour of a different car, but kept the Dragways.

So after a quick phone call to the local tyre mob, I found out that Dragway Indy's ( 14" ) are around $420 each....OUCH !     So I'm hoping this guys wheels will fit my FC and I can get them for a good deal.

Any thoughts on fitment ...Torana to HR / FC Huh

Cheers

Mark

I'm pretty sure the bolt pattern is the same, not sure about the offset though.  Cool

Bolt pattern is the same for torana, you will need to find out the offsets of the mags and do some measuring or call Dragway direct.

Mark,
I have dragway pro's 15" with a FC rear end and a HR front end.

To the best of my knowledge (which is not much) the Indy's and Pro's are similar, so I don't think you should have any problems with them.

Cheers

Most Dragways are a two-piece design also, which means that they can be reset to suit the car. I'd check with a local wheel repairer on price though.

I had a similar problem with ex Torry Dragway 5 spoke on the wagon. Don't know about the Indy's but the 5 spoke couldn't be reset according to the local wheel works.
Torana wheels have a different offset  due to a shorter diff. If the rims are any wider than 6 inch they won't fit under the rear guards without mods
cheers,
Leigh.

Hi Mark

For whats its worth, I have a set of Indy's on my FC Ute "Doris" ,HR front end etc, with the current tyres, they rub a wee bit on the wheel arches, but that's because its so low I guess. They are great looking wheels and shine up real well.

Don't know if you can still get them, but accessories for these mags (and the Centerline Champs) are a three winged knock-off cap that look pretty good IMHO.
