Looking for generator springs and brushes for a Bosch generator on a grey motor.

Either second hand, or somewhere to purchase new would be helpful.

Thanks,

John

John,
Have you tried your local Auto Elect. If he can't help he might know someone else that can  help you

John,
I just had my generator rebuilt by my local auto electrician, he didn't mention that the parts were hard to find, mind you it cost almost $300. I'd say this would be your best starting point.

John,

The brushes are generally unavailable and auto electricians get something close and file them down to suit the requirement. As Al says, go to your local auto elec with what's left of the old ones and you'll be OK.

Cheers,

Craig.

Hi John
If your in Sydney, contact Nathan at www.derossi.com.au/ Ph # 8732 7200
This guy custom builds carbon brushes to suit anything, just give him a dead brush and a good brush holder and he'll make them for you in about 2 days.
We get stacks of brushes custom made by Nathan and they are top quality and a really good price. Can highly recommend him.
Hope this helps
Cheers
Tony
