Airbagit.com are currently advertising in Street Machine and are selling suicide and Lamborghini style door kits.  I am not sure who applicable to early Holdens as they are probably designed for late mode Jap cars but worth a look nonetheless.  They have a large number of distributors listed so locating someone nearby shouldn't be a problem.
