:DHey you Canberra/NSW guys, can you tell me how the weather situation is temperature wise?? I intend to bring a bit of everything and I know the weather is lethal at changing at the last minute but should I bring more warm gear (jumpers etc) than cooler gear?? I always pack light but don't want to be caught out if I am going to be in really cold weather. Cheers Hotlips.

Hey Hotlips, This might answer your question: Here is a copy of the forecast for the next few days in Cooma, and its colder in Jindabyne from http://www.weatherzone.com.au Cheers, Craig (heater-less FC owner)

I have just driven over the top and it was up to 9 degrees at Kiandra and at present 14 in Cooma but I still stand by my earlier statement that it is shirt sleeve time at Easter in the snowies. ps you may need a jumper over the shirt. Peter

Bring some warm jamys, jeans & shorts, tshirts, jumper & jacket. As Peter said, Easter is still shirt sleeve weather over here. Colin

The temps displayed are not a true reflection of the Cooma min as today the min temp was 6 not 5 degrees you do notice the difference. Peter

6 Degrees is still shirt sleeve weather no need for a jumper this morning, had it been 5 Degrees I would have rolled the sleeves down. Peter

Hey, Hotlips, Don't you read your emails? 9:10am yesterday I sent an emai about weather to all the email recipients on Tim's list. And you're on there. Get with it, girl. Martin (That's what I like to see - a nice bit of intra-club brawling )

We are flying out of Kalgoorlie on Wednesday night - will arrive at Canberra 7 o clock Thursday morning. Weather report in Kal for wednesday = 39 degrees I think we may need a jumper on Thursday morning

Hey Blacky What a shame you weren't coming a day (or a couple of hours) earlier as we could've picked you up at the Airport and given you a lift to pick up your new Wheels. You could then have travelled with us to Jindabyne (we're leaving before the roosters crow on Thursday). Having said that, I believe the QLD club will be leaving Goulburn Thursday morning. Maybe you could meet up with them? ? Hope the trip is uneventful in your new ride. What a brilliant way in which to "get to know her" than a pleasant relaxing cruise up the Monaro Highway to Jindabyne. Cheers Graham

Cheers Graham , we are going to be busier than a brickie in Beirut on Thursday , first we need to sort out the car , get it registered , fit a radio , find a fishing tackle shop , find somewhere to buy a front seatcover , go to the war memorial , then find our way to Jindabyne. After all that we dont really have much planned !

If you're looking for something to fill in the day, you could always zip down and given Leon (FCCOOL) a hand.
