Wink ;)One of our members (who has about 15 fe/fc's) bought a station sedan just like it (same colour/model) a couple of years ago from a dealership in Vic - a matching pair!!!  Hotlips.

Hi Kathleen,
Could you pass on my details to that club member I would love to see it finished and get any tips and stuff from him.

To everyone else, Thank You so much for all the kind words and genuine excitement regarding this find, I can't wait to get stuck into it and will gladly accept all tips and info when ever I get stuck (Alot I think!!)

Cheers all   Grin Grin Grin

Now here is a coincidence:

Peter Huhta (a forum member I believe) sent me details of a plate he has in his posession.

Numbers are
FE-229-4328 A
249-712
256-7698
253-7472

That's right- the very car before yours Nick  !
Same colour, same trim

Don't know the fate of that car - probably wrecked

Hi Ken,
Thats amazing, it would have been very exciting to have found her brother or sister so to speak.
I will get you photos of the FC and FJ Ute ID plates that are up where I picked up the wagon.
I think I should start another topic soon as I want to start getting some parts together.
If I can use part's from the other two Holdens to bargain with it, it will be a bonus.

Thanks for everything

Nick

Gee how's that, now where did I see that plate???  I would love to be able to get hold of the car again!!  I think it may have been on a wreck at a tip, if so they have all been scrapped now...oh well!!
