Nice Ride sgo You've put a lot of work into it. Should cruise beautifully with those mods, and in comfort too.
I do love the classic colour to, looks good.
Are the number plate frames swapped from back to front only because the towbar, if so I'd loose the bar & swap them back.
Is see finished of yet? I noticed you haven't updated for a while.

Sure, stock FE/Fc's are nice, but I prefer to drive a car with brakes

Standard tank, easy fit as long as you don't mind losing the spare wheel-well and the filler neck coming out in the middle of the rear quarter "special" badge,

Oh, and I forgot to add that when this is finished I'm transplanting all the stock FC engine and running gear into the VP shell!

Hmmm I wander if you could enter that in the nats as super modified FC We had a HSV ute at the QLD Nats with an FC Ute body grafted to it and it won the big prize. Cheers Jim

Kevin Rudd has kindly donated $2000 to fit LPG dual fuel to the FC. For an extra $200 it was too good to refuse

Hi Jason, rear end is stock width VB-VC v8 diff, which needs rim offset changed and maybe gaurds pumped out a bit. Front end is HR with lower arms and pivots moved to suit a stock VP power rack. New springs are needed as well. Intermediate shaft is stock VP and needs some extra clearance around sub-frame. All quiet easy when you say it fast Hope your conversion goes well, cheers.

Well I came to my senses and didn't sell. Being tidied up with fresh coat of paint, chrome and stainless refreshed, and back on the road as an every day driver.

Hi Nick; Glad you came to your senses as a fellow V6 FC I love the way the V6 feels in the car.
This is the first time that I have read your post and I would love to see the original pictures, would you be able to report them as the link no longer works.
I'm looking forward to seeing photos when you have it repainted.
Regards Neil H
