I think this is the same car which was recently restored to brand new condition.

It was displayed at several Sydney car shows last year

Does any one know if one of those Repco Greys went into a FE/FC what time would it do down the 1/4 mile
and how much horse power/Kilowatts we talking bout here

Now that is a sweet sensation. And gee that motor would look great under the bonnet of either an FE or FC. I wander what class a car could be entered in at the nats with that motor. Still pass as stock after all it is a grey with a couple of period modifcations. hehehe.

I bet it cost a penny or two.

Jeez, what a great sound.  It takes me back to the Sydney Showground Speedway, I can smell the exhaust & fell the mud hitting my face....
