Welcome FE-FC Fans to the 11th Bulletin
OFFICIAL ENTRANT RECEIPT LETTERS Yesterday, the FE-HR Holden Owners Club ACT Inc sent out official receipt letters to all 10th Nats entrants - you should have yours by Monday 17 January 2005. Please read the letter & check your details carefully and advise us immediately if any amendments are required. Please also let us know if you have entered but did not receive a letter. The receipt letter that entrants will receive confirms the following information including details which all entrants provided on their entry form:
+ your official receipt for entry costs & any merchandise orders (keep this for fuel discount offer - TBA)
+ details of any additional adults and/or children you've paid meals for
+ your official entrant shirt size & sizes for other shirts you've ordered
+ confirmation of your entrant number
+ acknowledgement of your Station Resort booking (or how to book if you haven't already)
+ request for onlion convoy details (if vehicle photo & details have not already been submitted)
+ returned photo of hard copy as provided with entry form
+ general information (itinerary, convoys, etc) that can be found on the 10th Nats website
+ tourist map of the Snowy Mountains Region & detailed Jindabyne street directory

The package you will receive also contains the official 10th Nats merchandise order form which includes final prices and photos for the variety of excellent quality items that are being made available prior to the Nationals (final prices also listed above). Please note that all clothing orders MUST be received by no later than Friday 11 February 2005. The weather in the snowies can be quite variable and warm gear is a must... so if you have to wear a jumper or polar fleece vest, what better than the official 10th Nats gear!
Our other items will also be great souvenirs of your trip to the Snowies. Remember, every dollar raised through merchandise sales goes directly back into providing you the entrants with the what we hope to be the best value Nationals ever.
Finally, we've also thrown in some additional entry forms for you to distribute to other members of you club that you think might be interested in entering the 10th Nats. There's less than 3 weeks to go now, so people need to act fast. We would really appreciate your providing us with email details for anyone else we could contact.
