How do I get rid of the wear in this item?Does anyone make a bush kit?The spring still works.

Graham, I don't know of a bush kit for this valve, in most cases it's more a problem to make it work at all since they seize up and just stick where they are.
Can't see any real issue in dissassembling and making a bush insert to suit.
