This fe ute was brought back from ballarat mid last year .
its such a shame to see them in this condition . Cry
i was hoping for the sub-frame for my wagon but , no chance.
the front end just collapsed the minute we tried to move the car .the only part of the car i saved was the dual speed wiper motor and a left hand door .
someone told me these preslite wiper motors were fitted on fe-fc taxi`s ?

anyway i thought i`d share this moment with you all

Pity about the ute,  rare wiper motor though.  The preslite motor was actually released by Nasco in 1961 and was available for all FE to FB owners.  Obviously taxi owners would be the first to grab these since these cars saw a lot of all weather use, but they were available to all who asked, such as the owner of this ute.  I have a copy of the Nasco press release and fitting instructions for this if you are interested.
As an aside - do you still have the body & chassis details from the ute.  I am always keen to receive any info from FE's & FC's whether they be dead or alive.
