Rusty,
If you could be a little more specific, I think I can help as I have all the built combinations.
Are you going for a genuine look, or just the colour intent.
Are your external colour/s to be original or custom.

Cheers,

Rusty, red & white cars came with Riff red and black interior and later on with Fall red and white interior, however the latter is quite rare.

Rusty,
I have checked out the list of colours and trims offered for the FC Special Sedans
There are at least 13 combinations of Red/Maroon paints and Trims for FC/225s:

Paint Colours:
Pandour Red over Duchess Green;
Flame Red over India Ivory;
Empress Maroon over India Ivory;
Blaze Red over India Ivory;
Panama Red over Duchess Green;
Dominion Maroon over India Ivory,

Combined with trim sets of:
Fall Red & Black;
Black & Turkish Ivory;
Riff Red & Black;
Fall Red & Parchment Ivory (only offered with Wangarra Grey over Ascot Grey, or India Ivory over Volcanic Grey, or Volcanic Grey over India Ivory Paint schemes, to pick up on Kens advice)
---------
There are at least 20 combinations of Blue paints and Trims for FC/225s:

Paint Colours:
Crystal Blue over Cambridge Blue;
Cambridge Blue over Crystal Blue;
Crystal Blue over Skyline Blue;
Skyline Blue over Crystal Blue;
Crystal Blue over India Ivory;
India Ivory over Crystal Blue;
Teal Blue over Cambridge Blue;
Cambridge Blue over Teal Blue;
Fountain Blue over Cambridge Blue;
Cambridge Blue over Fountain Blue;
Fountain Blue over Skyline Blue;
Skyline Blue over Fountain Blue;
Fountain Blue over India Ivory;
India Ivory over Fountain Blue,

Combined with trim sets of:
Viscount Blue & Black;
Black & Turkish Ivory;

The FC 229 wagons had some more combinations, but I got tired of seaching.
Good luck in your selecting, and I look forward to seeing the result.
