Below are a couple of pictures of my latest purchase, an EK UTE. As you can see it is what i call a mild Custom it has been lowered 1inch has mags fitted and the engine which is the original Grey has a cam, twins, and extractors. Rgds Mick (Kermit)

Holy crap an ek ute is my next car for sure! do you mind if i ask where u picked it up? Once i finish paying off my uni fees i thought id treat myself and sell the fc wagon and get an fc ute, which is what ive always wanted, but i think this has just inspired me to get an ek (ive always had a soft spot for them) sorry if that offends any1 Paul

Geez you blokes make it hard , now i am tempted to paint the FB ute 2 tone , its hard enough building a car back to standard without being tempted with photos like this !! Now where did I leave my pills..............

That is beautiful, but isn't it a FB, not an EK?? Has FB pelum, overriders, grill and flash - but the bonnet bar is EK Blacky, don't worry about the pills, just paint it two tone, looks too good to pass on. Burnsy

For those who asked "is it not an FB" the guy that built it claims that much of the chrome was in bad shape + the rear ute section was so badly rusted that he got hold of an FB ute and used its rear + chrome pieces. On the front inner guard it is clearly stamped "EK" he also put the chrome / flash on because he felt it lifted the side appearance a little Rgds Mick

Beeyoodiful toy, Mick. The FB flash really does break up the slab-sided look. And the door trims are great.
Don't let Harko near it!
