can be rusty on outer skin so long as inner is repairable

Is it for a UTE , Or for a VAN ,, As they are very different , A ute tailgate will not fit on a van , Or vice versa... I have a VAN TAILGATE ... But not A ute tailgate .  If interested call SLIM 0401303998
