Here's a little story about a man named Jim Taylor and his FC Holden sedan built for speedway racing.

New paint job and lots of work.

It's 1975, and Jim runs his neat FC around the Carrick Speedway track.

OOOPS! Jim rolled the car 5 1/2 times.

Jim retired the old girl and replaced her with this..

To late mate the sills on Hilda are all done and dusted. Went over to painters today and already has the car in primer.

Alex

Hey Les.
If you look around the web long enough, you sometimes can get lucky and stumble onto something like these pics that are just too cool.

Stay tuned for some more oldies. Came across some cool FJ speedway pics also.

Hey Alex...
This is true, sometimes though it's hard to remember where you've been.... I've downloaded so many Holden pics over the years, it's hard to know what to do with 'em all after a while Tongue

I followed your lead to that speedway site though, thanks..! I like the transporter pics too... very cool!!

Cheers
