My brother mentioned he would like to have a cartoon of his car painted onto the boot of his car, so I grabbed the pencils to give it a go. This is what I came up with.

I reserve the copywrite to my image.

Not sure I will do the painting, some fine details, even though I tried to keep it simple.

Since I had it scanned, I thought I might drop it into photoshop to add some colour.

Thanks for the kind words Les.
I hadn't done any thing truely new since the Nats t-shirts. Sometimes I just need the time and inspiration. 2 things that are hard to come by lately.

tests have proven that the final words before a fatal urban car crash are "OH ****"

in a rural car crash they are " Hold my stubby and watch this for skill!"

Adobe Photoshop
http://www.adobe.com.au/ they list some suppliers
Any good Software Specialist should have it, prolly cost a coupla hundred dollars.

Chop tops, drops and other "simple" stuff can usually be handled in Microsoft Paint, I use Microsoft Photo Editor also, there are plenty of free graphics programs around check out - http://www.nonags.com.

I continue to be amazed by the diverse talents that appear on this site.

Great drawing, Alex.  Don't put the pencil down.  Let's see more.
