G'day Greame ,
Are the axles from a HR with discs?

G'day Rusty,

Yeah, mate, the axles are out of a HR diff which came of a HR with a disc front end.  I guess you are asking are the drum brakes matched to the HR discs - yes.

I was running the front end and this HR drum brake rear end up until recently when i started the rebuild,  now all VL commodore underneath.

Unfortunately, I cut the diff housing up to get the mounting plates off to weld onto commodore diff, so only have axles, etc left.

Any help to you?

Regards,
Graeme

Hi Graeme,

If nobody wants the complete doors, can I have the window frames?

Cheers

lol Alex.

no I figured if the doors were going to be binned, Id hang onto the frames and weld them onto some good sedan door bases.

Cheers

G'day Ed,

Sorry mate, the doors have been taken by another fc owner for much the same reason you wanted them.

If i happen to come across any more in my travels, i will let you know.

Graeme.
