yeah no worries i can post the piccies up when i get them back and have some time. Graham, ive decided to do the shoot in western syd rather than balmain just because im worried there will be a lot of activity around there that might detract from the photos. Thankyou so much for your offer though and to all of you who have offered also. Craig lives out near where we are gonna go so i think he will be there, i am just waiting for confirmation. Craig can you check your email if you havent already!
thanks so much for everyones help! erin

CraigA and I went out yesterday and helped Erin out with her photo shoot. I wasn't able to get any really good pix - mostly 'cos we didnt want to get in the way! - but here are a couple of images of the day. Erin has promised to send us the set when they're developed and finished, so when they arrive I'll post more. cheers RET The mechanic The customer Perspective shot Reverse angle Which side do you put the gas in? Another of the outfits. We had a bit of fun, and so did they. cheers RET

Yes, it was an interesting day, and I can't wait to see the results. We ended up at the servo at the Northern Road Londonderry roundabout - out the side at the diesel pump. I think it worked out OK as we were there for about 2 hours with minimum interruption - ie. customers.
Erin must have taken a couple of hundred shots. She said should post some of these up in the next few days.
Craig.

G'day guys... That shoot looks like it came up great...! Well done! As for the Balmain garage talked about earlier in the tread, I think it's this one... Not 100% sure of the address either. Looking at it though you guys probably made the right choice going west... along with the possability of it being busy on the day... the mural may have clashed with the actors etc.... I think the owner also owns an FJ.... sorry I didn't get to post these pics earlier.... Can't wait to see the finished pix... Cheers Les...

WOW Guy's I saw Erins request on a "F%*d forum" the only reply she got was a guy with a Zephyr Ute 2,000 ks away , so I emailed her "Our Address" . Just goes to show FE/FC owners are the "best". Glad you guy's were able to help out , wish I wasn't so far away , but then again I don't think my old beast would've suited Norm d

Guys, Just to let you know Erin was as good as her word and provided us a copy of all the photos taken, as well as the final output, which was a promotional leaflet for "Prada". I put a collage of them in this month's issue of Sideplate: cheers RET

Shayne, "PRADA" is a special French word for f&*ken expensive womens clothing and accessories. You know the type of stuff - $800.00 pairs of shoes, same as the ones you can get at Le' Target for $20.00. "PRADA" is a "label" Cheers, Craig.

Well Craig, what a "Dobber" you turned out to be, whats so wrong with a grown man wearing clothing that allows you to move freely and the wind to blow up your, well lets say the wind just blows". i read the club rules word for word and i did not see where high heels and stockings were not welcome! Craig, At Prada, $800 only buys one of the shoes in the pair.... Mick, I've read the constitution as well, and you are correct it mentions nothing about your particular ,err style. However, having met you briefly at the FX-FJ day at Windsor (about 6 cars ago for you I think), and therefore regrettably able to vaugley picture you in heels and stockings, I shall be putting a motion to the committee to specifically ban such an outfit. I was about to eat dinner as well........
