Looking good can not wait for the better photos.

if the panels and bumpers on that last car are anything to go off, looks like you have some salvage able parts & panels on your hands.

Cheers Jim

Great pics - I wish I could go there !!!!!!!!!!
It's a good experience stumbling into a site like that.

Just some ideas for taking really great shots of abandoned cars -
For example the EK shown.
Shut all doors and boot lid etc
Make sure there are no other vehicles or people in the background.  This may not be possible with other abandoned vehicles nearby but try to get angles where only a couple of cars are together.
Try to find the best backdrop - not hard in this instance as the scrub is a perfect backdrop.  Old buildings are great backdrops
Make sure the car fills the majority of the picture unless the backdrop building is sufficiently significant to aid the picture.
Please dont take this as criticism, just helpful advice.

Regards   Ken

Mmmmmm EK that looks like it had less rust than mine did before the previous owner painted it!  I lived and worked out in Kal for four years and there are lots of car dumps all accross the Eyre Hwy too!  I worked for main roads and knew where most were at one stage.  Also heaps of dumps around missions.

Plan on going on a few trips now that I have an EK again, great country too!

Wow and Wow again, Plenty of useable stuff out there I would imagine with the beutifull desert type sun and cold nights protecting it all.
Ive sourced some stuff from a similar climate and the condition its been kept in for 30 odd years is just unbeleivable , cold nights give it moisture but with no corrosives and this allows the dust to attatch itself to it and protect it like a um protective coating.
Chrome is like new with a little polish and even engine bays with no paint turn a rusty colour but dont actualy visually corrode.
Stoked yous have found em - now you just have to save em or um allow us hehe, cheers

We are going again out this long weekend. We have been grabbing bits from out there for a few years now.I will try and get some more photos for you . There has to be some advantages to living in Kalgoorlie! The bonnet bar on that EK sedan was like new, even the plastic insert was in good nick!
