Here's a shot of the left sill at the end of Sarge's day s work.

I may point out Kiwi bird that you have a hide complaining about the nasty weather that you claim has slowed you down over there.
You may not know, but while Sarge was working today a light sirrus cloud was reported over the Gold Coast at about 2.35pm. Hundreds of people reported seeing it!
Not only that...... our Sarge and Kev worked under conditions where the temperature hovered around 22 to 24 degrees all day. Talk about inclement. It was a bugger of a day!

One of the miracles of this project is the adoption of Hilda by a guard-possum called "Killer"
Kev, the painter, claims its a dog but Sarge and I are not buying that!

You judge for yourselves.

Emu
I have heard that it's going to be 27 degree's today any chance of an early mark, so as I can get to the beach for a swim and cool off a bit.  Grin
Just disregard this if those naste clouds return.

Cheers

Inspiring stuff, Emu & Sarge.   Smiley

The end product will be brilliant - and worth a mint.

Emu,
Carefull that "Killer" looks like a cross between a possum & a sheep. The sort of thing that breeds in NZ - might be a Kiwi spy Cool

Did the possum come with the car. Or is it to attack KIWI invaders.

Slim,

"Killer"  just crept out of the trees and adopted "Hilda"

Don't be deceived, he's not called Killer for nothing, if a Kiwi somehow ended up  near Hilda it'd be decimated in a second!

Actually, our famous Kiwi is visiting here in a few weeks.... I may test "killer's" reaction time on him. Apparently he is a bit larger than your standard Kiwi, still..... no match for the guard possum I suspect.

Kiwi
You know I was thinking about putting in a bit of overtime, just so when you came over[shadow=red,left,300]Emu the O Mighty one [/shadow] could take you out & show you the site's. Now after that comment I am thinking
Bird with short legs does not have much to wear out, so should not walk around to much.
So I take it your not going far when you get here. Grin

Cheers

emu & sarge     you guys have been going extremely well with hilda but we havent seen progress pics for a few days...hope your not slacking off just because the rust is moving faster than kiwi on his car.  BUT in kiwis defence...i gotta say...it must be awkward to have to stand on a ladder to rub back the top of the guards Tongue

Trev
Things are moving along just nicely, & more pics are comeing. Only the right hand inner sill & small piece of rear Left floor to go. Then a bit of rubbing & a bit of piant then Hilda can go back together.  Wink

Latest Update:

Here's a shot of Sarge's almost complete outer sill and bottom A pillar repair. Kev is doing a bit of a trial fit of the guard.
