im having trouble finding accomation for the s/meet w/end in bendigo......everything seems to be fully booked.    can someone suggest where i should try.   we are prepared to travel from a nieghboring town if necessary

Last year I stayed at Ballarat and only booked 2 days before on http://www.wotif.com.au
If that doent work take the au off.

Bendigo swap is popular with the interstaters, but good stuff is there to be found cheap if you are there early.
I would suggest neighbouring towns as it is VERY hard to get accom in Bendigo.
I leave from my place at about 4.30 am and get there as daylight is breaking.  You can do this easily leaving at 6 am from a neighbouring town to get there at the same time.

kiwi    queensland,where phantom lives is not close to bendigo!
mark     ummm   no worries!
 geoff    just going mostly for a look...bit awkward to get too much back to the west.   weve tried heaps of hotels,motels, caravan pks without success
 ken   we are looking further afield now
             

same group did ballarat 2 yrs ago & had a ball..we just wanna play again
