Has been on the road for a couple of months now, getting some teething problems out.

My extended thanks goes to all of the people of this great site who have helped me over the last three years, as this was my first ever project and basically started from scratch, knowledge and skill wise.

Regards.

Jason, your van is amazing!

From what I can see, you are a perfectionist. Your van is art. I guess the time, hardwork and money that you personally invested make this car just that bit more special.

Thanks for sharing the build with all of us, and giving young guys like myself a dream and a goal that "there is light at the end of the tunnel"

Pain, headaches and perseverance - all worth it in the end"

COngratulations.

Josh

Bloody lovely Josh,I for one have enjoyed your photos of the on going build. It is a tremendous job you have done.
Good to see the mattress is in the back to maintain the vans true worth, just watch the speakers with the feet Grin

Just stop in here at the Gold Coast for a break on the way through. Sarge and I will look after your van while ya catch up on your sleep.  Grin

That's wicked Jason and the colour really suits the car. It's photos like these that help me find that extra hour or two in garage to get my project finished.

Jason,

Mate, that is sensational.  I love the mix of original (like the door trims and handles, the vent-handle) and modern (the dash, the radio grille and the console.)

That's without mentioning the outside, which is breath-taking.  I really look forward to seeing this car in the flesh (metal?) one day.

Good on you, you should be very proud of it.

cheers

Emu,

Sounds like a plan to me... It would be nice to think that I won't be on my own by the time I get to your place. Hopefully the should be 4 or 5 cars that could join me between Cairns and the Gold coast. How may beds you got?

Bet they are all feather down...  Grin

Cheers
Jason.
